Bishop Evans Ngozi Izuwa is a servant of God whose life and ministry bear undeniable testimony to divine calling, grace, and transformation. Born to Mr. Daniel Izuwa Nwogu and Rev. Mrs. Mercy Izuwa Nwogu—natives of Okwuta Amumara in Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria—his life was dedicated to God before birth. His mother, healed from a life-threatening illness prior to his conception, vowed to offer her child to God, just as Hannah dedicated Samuel. That act of covenant consecration shaped a prophetic destiny that continues to impact generations.

Called into ministry as a youth, Bishop Izuwa was mentored and trained by great men and women of faith. His years of service, marked by spiritual discipline, humility, and perseverance, produced a dynamic teacher, preacher, mediator, and advocate for Kingdom transformation.

He is the Founder and General Overseer of Victory Christian Ministries, which later became the World Christian Revival Center International e.V., headquartered in Oberhausen, Germany, with a sister headquarters in Owerri, Nigeria. What began as a small house fellowship in an asylum camp in Duisburg in 1996 grew into a registered international ministry by 1998. From those humble beginnings, Bishop Izuwa has dedicated his life to evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and the practical empowerment of believers around the world.

With a passion for the African diaspora, Bishop Izuwa has worked tirelessly to support African immigrants in Germany, encouraging them to live responsibly, obey the law, and serve as true ambassadors of Christ despite the challenges of integration and cultural transition. His leadership contributions led him to become a founding member and later President of the Council of African Churches NRW, Germany, where he played a key role in promoting unity among African Christian communities.

In 2002, Bishop Izuwa established a Prison Ministry, which has since liberated and transformed countless lives across German prisons and deportation centers through the preaching of the Word of Faith. He continues to minister in hospitals, where his prayers have been accompanied by miraculous healings and deliverances—clear manifestations of the power of the Holy Spirit.

Through partnership with the City of Oberhausen, Bishop Izuwa’s ministry has extended into social development and integration projects. His work earned him the privilege of hosting the Lord Mayor of Oberhausen, Herr Klaus Wehling, as a special guest during the official dedication of the church temple on November 20, 2010—an event later featured in German media. Under his leadership, World Christian Revival Center has collaborated with Stadt Oberhausen to sponsor German-language courses, job-coaching programs, and first-aid/driver’s-license training, giving immigrants valuable tools for professional advancement and societal integration.

In May 2011, following his Intercultural Mediation certification at the INeKO Institute of the University of Cologne, Bishop Izuwa received a divine commission to establish a Reconciliation and Conflict Resolution / Mediation Center, a platform for promoting justice and peace through biblical mediation.

Then, on Thursday, February 4, 2021, God gave him the mandate to launch the Kingdom Government Advocate Mandate (KGAM)—a global movement raising advocates who advance the governance, justice, and righteousness of God’s Kingdom across nations. Since its inception, KGAM has expanded to several countries, training leaders, mediators, and ministers who serve as instruments of transformation in both church and society.

Bishop Izuwa’s pioneering work in Germany has also been recognized academically. His intercultural ministry is featured in the theological handbook Handbuch Interkulturelle Seelsorge (edited by Karl Federschmidt, Eberhard Hauschildt, Christoph Schneider-Harpprecht, Klaus Temme, and Helmut Weiß), page 167, in a section titled “Afrika in Deutschland – ‘Du musst Gottes Gesalbter sein, um jemanden zu befreien’ (You Must Be God’s Anointed to Set Someone Free)”, co-authored with Claudia Währisch-Oblau. This publication highlights his contributions to intercultural dialogue and pastoral care within the German Christian context.

Empowered by the Holy Spirit, Bishop Izuwa’s ministry is marked by deliverance, healing, prophetic accuracy, and miracles, all to the glory of God. Known for saying “God cannot share His glory with any man,” he remains a humble servant whose ministry restores hope and transforms lives. Those who encounter his message testify that “no one ever walks with him and remains the same.”

A lifelong learner, Bishop Izuwa draws wisdom from his spiritual father, Bishop David O. Oyedepo, and many other mentors, while acknowledging the Holy Spirit as his greatest teacher. His life embodies 1 Corinthians 1:26–29 — that God chooses the weak things of the world to confound the mighty.

Today, Bishop Evans Ngozi Izuwa serves as the Chief Advocate of the Kingdom Government Advocate Mandate, a certified mediator, conflict-resolution trainer, dispute-resolution consultant, and author of Kingdom Law Enforcement. His mission is to restore dignity, reconcile relationships, and demonstrate the justice, peace, and power of God’s Kingdom in every sphere of life.

He is blessed with three children — Topmann, Wisdom, and Knowledge — and continues to serve as a spiritual father to many across the world. Through every platform — pulpit, prison, hospital, or civic forum — his message resounds:

Justice must heal, mercy must triumph, and Christ must reign.
