CAMP ETHICS OF THE END OF THE MATTER TABERNACLE OF GOD
- All worshipers for the End of the Matter World Summit are admonished to maintain vigilance and to report any suspicious movements in the course of the event to the church officials.
- Always seek information and advice only from Church officials wearing tags.
- As much as possible, Keep Company with delegates that came with you for proper identification at all times.
- Do not patronize hawkers either within the premises or outside gates. Patronize the End of the Matter Marketing Complex located around the premises.
- Turn off your mobile Telephones while in the Land of Anointing & Victory Tabernacle Church Service.
- Do not charge your mobile handsets in or around the Tabernacle.
- Do not come into the Tabernacle with your luggage, backpacks, briefcases, or heavy handbags. Consult the Security/Care Help Lines or Information Centers for advice.
- Do not drop your offerings, tithes or sacrifices with anybody. Use authorized offering baskets and after service points only.
- Do not drop your offerings, sacrifices or prayer request on the altar.
- Distribution of unauthorized leaflets and materials within the camp ground is prohibited.
- Do not remove flowers or any decorating item from the altar.
- Do not record video or take photographs within the Tabernacle without permission from Security officials.
- Ensure that doors and windows are closed and locked whenever you leave your vehicle, the hostel or room.
- Do not leave your belongings unattended to, even for a moment.
- Do not leave your belongings with an unknown person.
- Do not reveal your personal details to strangers.
- Do not leave your children playing or sleeping unattended to in and around the Tabernacle.
- Do not park your vehicles or motorbikes at unauthorized spaces.
- Do not leave your vehicle gate pass in your vehicle. Always carry it on you.
- If you carry valuables in your car, keep them out of plain sight in the trunk.
- Do not leave your vehicle or motorbike keys unattended to, even for a moment. Keep it on you.
- Make sure you secure your purse, cell phones, backpacks, briefcases, laptop computers and confidential materials.
- Foreign delegates are advised not to leave the Land of Anointing & Victory without adequate guidance.
- Worshipers and delegates with large sums of money are advised to use available banking facilities within the Church.
- Do not trade foreign currencies at unauthorized locations. You are advised to use authorized Bureau de Change only.
- Be accompanied by another person when using an ATM after dark.
- If you notice anyone or anything that seems suspicious when using or considering the use of an ATM, do not make the transaction; use another ATM or return at a later time.
- Do not lodge in any suspicious or unaccredited hotel.
- Do not buy food or drinks from unaccredited vendors.
- All delegates residing in hotels must sleep only at designated hostels.
- Ensure and maintain dignified reverence at all times during the event.
If you notice any suspicious activity or persons, report to the nearest Security Care Center or call the intervention telephone numbers listed below. Your report can make a difference. Be Sensitive and be your Brother´s Keeper!
CAMP ETHICS OF THE END OF THE MATTER TABERNACLE OF GOD

INTRODUCTION
The End of the Matter Tabernacle of God is a consecrated ground, a holy place chosen by the Lord for encounter, impartation, transformation, healing, revelation, and divine completion.
It is a prophetic center where heaven’s verdict is released, where destinies are aligned, and where the glory of God dwells tangibly.
Because of the sacred nature of this Tabernacle and the divine purpose it carries, the entire compound operates under strict Camp Ethics established to:
- preserve spiritual atmosphere,
- maintain holiness and order,
- protect all residents and visitors,
- and ensure that nothing interferes with the flow of God’s glory.
All ministers, workers, volunteers, residents, and visitors are required to honor these ethics with humility, obedience, and spiritual sensitivity.
SECTION 1: SPIRITUAL CONDUCT
1. The Tabernacle is Holy Ground
Every part of the premises must be treated with reverence.
No careless behavior, profanity, or irreverent conduct is tolerated.
“Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God…” (Ecclesiastes 5:1)
2. Maintain a Posture of Prayer
At all times within the compound:
- Remain prayerful
- Reduce unnecessary conversations
- Maintain spiritual focus
This is a mountain of encounter.
3. Attendance to All Sessions
All residents and participants must attend every session during Summits or programs unless officially excused.
Loitering during service is forbidden.
4. No Unauthorized “Ministry” Activities
To preserve spiritual integrity:
- No personal deliverance, prophecy, counseling, or laying on of hands
- No private prayer meetings
Unless granted permission by authorized leadership.
This protects the flock from confusion and spiritual manipulation.
5. Recording Restrictions
Audio, video, or photography of sensitive spiritual moments, such as deliverance, impartation, or counseling, is not permitted without leadership approval.
SECTION 2: MORAL & PERSONAL CONDUCT
6. Dress Code: Modesty at All Times
Participants must dress decently at all times.
Forbidden clothing includes:
- Revealing outfits
- Transparent clothing
- Tight or suggestive dressing
- Sagging trousers
- Mini-skirts or open-chest garments
Holiness must be reflected in appearance.
7. Gender Separation in Accommodation
- Men are strictly prohibited from entering female dormitories.
- Women are strictly prohibited from entering male dormitories.
- Counseling between opposite genders must be in visible, open spaces.
8. Zero Tolerance for Immorality
The following are strictly forbidden:
- Fornication
- Adultery
- Pornography
- Lustful behavior
- Inappropriate touching
- Private meetings in dark/isolated areas
Violators are subject to immediate removal.
9. No Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking
No form of:
- Alcohol
- Cigarettes
- Hard drugs
- Vaping
- Intoxicants
This is a sanctified environment.
SECTION 3: HONOUR, ORDER & AUTHORITY
10. Honor for Spiritual Leadership
All must show respect for:
- The presiding bishop
- Ministers
- Pastors
- Marshals
- Ushers
- Security personnel
“Obey them that have the rule over you…” (Hebrews 13:17)
Rebellion, murmuring, or defiance is not tolerated.
11. Follow All Instructions from Camp Officials
This includes instructions during:
- Seating
- Security checks
- Crowd control
- Imposition of order
- Emergency situations
12. No Movement During Sacred Moments
During:
- Preaching
- Prayer
- Impartation
- Communion
- Prophetic declarations
Movement is prohibited to avoid disrupting the flow of the Spirit.
SECTION 4: CLEANLINESS & ENVIRONMENT
13. Cleanliness Is Mandatory
The entire compound must be kept clean.
This includes:
- No littering
- No spitting
- No chewing gum inside sanctuary halls
- Proper use of trash bins
14. No Eating in the Sanctuary
Food is allowed only in designated areas.
Water may be carried discreetly if necessary.
15. Orderliness in Accommodation
Residents must keep their spaces tidy:
- Beds arranged
- Clothes properly kept
- Bathrooms clean
- No wet towels on beds
- No scattered personal items
Maintain personal hygiene at all times.
SECTION 5: SAFETY & SECURITY
16. No Unauthorized Fires or Cooking
Cooking is allowed only in approved kitchen zones.
17. Weapons Prohibited
Any form of weapon is banned, including:
- Firearms
- Knives
- Sharp metals
- Harmful objects
18. Emergency Compliance
In emergencies, all must follow instructions promptly.
Panic and disobedience place lives at risk.
SECTION 6: COMMUNITY LIFE & INTERACTIONS
19. Love and Unity Must Prevail
Every resident must walk in:
- Love
- Forgiveness
- Patience
- Peace
- Humility
Fighting, quarreling, gossip, and slander are forbidden.
20. Business Restrictions
Selling or buying within holy grounds is not permitted unless officially sanctioned.
21. Respect for Others
- Keep noise levels low
- No loud music in dorms
- Respect privacy
- Avoid invading personal space
SECTION 7: ELECTRONIC DEVICE GUIDELINES
22. Phones Must Be Silenced During Services
No calls, texting, chatting, or browsing.
Offenders may have devices temporarily confiscated.
23. Photographing or Filming Requires Approval
Especially during:
- Deliverance
- Impartation
- Personal counseling
- Holy Communion
- Prophetic ministration
Unauthorized media exposure dishonors the sanctity of encounters.
SECTION 8: FINAL DECLARATION & COVENANT
By stepping onto this consecrated ground, every visitor or resident agrees to honor and uphold these ethics.
This Tabernacle is:
- A sanctuary of purity
- A place of revelation
- A covenant altar of completion
- A dwelling place of God’s presence
